And so a week passed by quickly. Or what I assumed to be a week anyway. Could have been longer or shorter. Point being that the days that came after the whole brush with freedom and becoming a brother were quite.... How to say it.... Interesting. It was hard to find my way back. The forest considerably dark. But I managed with a few stumbles and scraps. Eventually I returned to the ugly artificial forest. And I was twisty amused to see that it was 'day' here. I walked out of the forest, hoping beyond hope that Scarlet wouldn't be waiting for me. That she hadn't noticed. I was shocked and disgusted.
